Backbone Bridge

An odd bridge on the Will Rogers section of the Backbone Trail. This bridge does not cross a gap, but rather traverses the very crest of the ridge on a knife-edged section.

HEED THE SIGN! This is a stake-out point, and I have watched rangers handing out tickets to unwary cyclists who refuse to dismount.

 Cutbacks in gov. bugets have gotten rid of stupid jobs like busting bikes on trails. Those guys should be volunteers and I do not think any volunteers is going to go handing out fines!
